Ban appeal

I was recently banned because I mined 4 diamond blocks from unclaimed land. This land apparently was for the new spawn. I really did not want to cause harm, but I needed the diamond. I would happy to give back the diamond, as well, I would like to rebuild my factions base after it was griefed by one of my members. Wouldn't the mods have made it a undestroyable area?

I would also point out that there were no warning signs around either, telling people not to destroy.

I understand now that I shouldn't have done it...
Please give me a second chance.
