Character is Bugged

So I was derping around in the Nether earlier today and I think my Quantum Boot jump managed to get me stuck into a block or something. Every time I attempt to log on I see a split second of in game and then the entire screen goes to the Minecraft Menu background.

Is it possible to reset the position of my characters entity? I literally cannot play.
